Cholestasis is a common cause in pregnancy. Get your liver functions tested. You can take a low dose of tab levocitrizine 10 mg before sleep. You can also apply histocalamine lotion twice a day.

Yes you can take that tablet for itching. It is a must to do liver function tests to rule out obstetric cholestasis.
Next Steps
Get LFT (Blood test) and consult if itching does not subside.
Health Tips
Can apply calamine lotion locally at itching area.

It is safe to take if necessary but please check your liver enzymes once to rule out obstetric cholestasis
