Sir ... My son 3 1/2 old getting itching in mouth and low fever .he is not eating food. Some times he put his hands into mouth and start itching. Forcefully feeding food. In last 2 days. Temperature is normal . His tongue spotted white rashes not too large amount. Suggest me a medicine for it sir...Situations are not allow me to take him a hospital... Thank you...
