3-4 years before I had this it was itchy my doctor prescribed betnovate ointment after it went that now for 2 months I have this over 5 places which used to itch a lot but now it turned to burning sensation it's very difficult to walk

You may be having eczema. I cannot be sure until I see the rashes. Donot use betnovate. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
