It's been a few weeks my eyes are itching..few days back my left eye was a bit swollen and red..i used pencelin it worked But my eyes now again are itching and irritating..should I consult a doctor?

It could be due to allergy or infection or dryness or computer/mobile vision syndrome if  so please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids. Or S consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
