From last 5-6 months I am facing problem of Itching around my private body part. Both the sides front & back also. Because of itching black circle occured around my private parts.

You might be suffering from fungal infection.Its better if you consult a dermatologist and start a proper course of antifungals .Avoid using tubes which are available over the counter in the market because they will worsen your problem.
