Itching due to pigeon ticks

Hello doctor, there is some pigeon ticks around our window side.while cleaning that area some of ticks are fell on me & it's start itching so I brought camsoft solutions & applied it even though it's itching so hard.Iam having 1.5 year baby & feeding now.pls suggest some medicine to treat this
