Itching around vaginal opening & hip lin

I delivered baby on 3 March through cesearean. Menstrual flow happened for 30 days. Itching around vaginal opening started to happen before I got free. Now itching is very bad around the anal opening on the hip line and on skin around vaginal opening. Please advise ointment/soothing gel. Thanks
