For a very long time i am having a itching and tinkling throat i am unable to brush and have to cough between brushing and yellow mucus Is also there i have consulted doctors and taken medication but i am still experiencing same problem can you which doctor shoul i see or test should i take

This could be chronic sinusitis which is causing post nasal drip, you need to do a antibiotic course with nasal sprays followed by a CT PNS with symptoms persists.
