I am experiencing itching on my neck and upper chest from last 3 weeks. I tried flucort and XXaiderm it releifs for a while but did not serve a complete relax. I am experiencing it every time sometime it is severe. It has very light small spots and when i scratch it becomes very much visible but there is bo swelling or any pimple kind of thing.
