I am having redness and and small bulb kind things on back and shoulder. I happen to sleep in a hotel which was not clean. I am having itching in those bulb redness and pimple kind things. It is almost 15 days and they are not healing. I used luliconazome cream on it. It's not effective. Please suggest some treatment.
