In both legs below knee area contiuos ,with blood red spots since six months please suggest me for the same.

Blood red rash may be purpuric rash and it's because of various reasons. If it's since 6 months, it's important that you get yourself examined by a dermatologist and get expert treatment. Why did you wait for 6 months...kindly see a qualified dermatologist at the earliest.
