Itching and irritation post leech bite

I have bitten by leech in 2018 July. And till now I have irritation and itching in my feet. I get red bumps and then my nerves inside legs get red in colour and then I start to get dry skin and itching. Please help . I showed to a local doctor and took tetanus and some pill but it did no good. The leech bite in to my fourth toe.
