Itching after shave

Dear doc Since last 6 months I feel like scratching my cheeks and neck (majorly left side of face) after shave. I have tried to change the razor, cream, aftershave but no help. Only when I use electronic razor I don't face such problem. Pls suggest can be done. It looks really awkward in case of public meetings.

Use fudic cream twice daily, along with the following medicine.... Please send photos  of the affected part for accurate diagnosis,  detailed information regarding disease and prescription for medicine.
