Itching after cold shower

I have a condition that has persisted since a long time. My legs itch after contact with cold water. Hot shower does not cause this itching. I do not get any hives, it's just constant itch that lasts from 10 minutes to even an hour sometimes. I've tried using moisturisers, turmeric, etc and even changed to moisturising soaps but my legs grow immune to them after a while. I have constantly suffered everyday, please help me with a viable solution. Thank you in advance
