Itchiness on upper eye shadow area

Hi..I usually get my upper eye shadow part itching and following which my eye get dry...This has started happening frequently...it had started during winter so I thought may b due to winter my skin is getting dried but the same thing is happening till now..sometimes due to severe itchiness,my eye is swollen..I don't know whether it's a skin problem or should I consult an ENT??

You can consult dermatologist,  in the meanwhile,  You can use moisturex lotion which will give you soothing effect.

It could be due to allergy to some product you might be using(contact dermatitis). Consult a dermatologist for this issue
