2 months ago I had a problem where my penis head had Reder pigmentation on the base of the head and towards the tip with raised bumps I went to the doctor and the doctor said it was a fungus like yeast infection been taking antifungal creams and it went away recently it came back and it feels like the head is itchy and burning and sensitive almost hurting during sex or masturbation I took a STD test and everything came back negative however I read that if the herpes is starting it may be wrong
