Don't do forward bending.
Don't lie down over your left leg.
Don't sit or stand for long hours ,if u are to do so then keep foot rest with you.
If possible sleep on your stomach.
Keep a pillow below ur leg so it is elevated a bit.
Always turn and then get up from bed.
Visit to ur near by physiotherapist for proper guidance for exercises.
