It's been over a year since medication

I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression, and I am currently taking prescribed medication. Recently, I have been experiencing low mood, anxiety, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. I have also had side effects including elevated prolactin levels, breast milk discharge, irregular periods, weight gain, and excessive sleepiness. These symptoms have been affecting my daily life, work, and studies, and I am continuing treatment under the care of my psychiatrist

These are classic antipsychotic side effects — elevated prolactin causing breast milk discharge and irregular periods points to your current medication (likely risperidone or similar). This needs urgent discussion with your psychiatrist. They may switch you to a prolactin-sparing option like aripiprazole. Don't stop medication on your own.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo, but this specifically needs your psychiatrist to review and adjust.

Hello mam ! Your symptoms of low mood and other depressive symptoms are negative symptoms in schizophrenia. After using higher doses for longer duration the antipsychotic medication will decrease schizophrenic symptoms but may give rice to negative. And also irregular periods and milk discharge are alo symptoms of increased doses of antipsychotic
Next Steps
Better consult your psychiatrist or any other psychiatrist for adjustment of doses
Health Tips
Dont worry your symptoms are probably drug related . As soon as doses adjusted your symptoms will subside

You should discuss these side effects with your psychiatrist as soon as possible. Elevated prolactin (breast milk discharge, irregular periods), weight gain, and excessive sleepiness can occur with some antipsychotics, and your treatment may need adjustment. Do not stop or change your medications on your own.
