I feel alot of congestion and thickness in my chest. I feel there is stuff draining from my nose down making it uncomfortable in the morning with slight pain. Also when I bend over there is slight pressure and lightheadiness.

This is mainly due to allergic condition . Have tab. Montair LC in night and Azeeflo nasal spray daily in both nostrils mng and night
