Issues sharp pelvic pain on left side

I am 23 year old having sharp pelvic pain. Ultrasound is done on 27 April having left ovarian volume 9 cc and right ovarian volume 3.5 cc also taken hormonal test LH is 5.51 and FSH is 9.83. Why Fsh is so high how can I reduce and why I am having pain.
