Issues post lithium toxicity.

After recovering from lithium toxicity few days ago, I've started experiencing brief, intense spikes of vibration-like pain on the right side of my head. These pains are quick but very different from usual headaches. Could this be related to the lithium toxicity, or is there another cause I should explore? What steps should I take next?
