Issue with the foreskin

Issue with the penis's foreskin. It has become tight which makes it difficult to retract/pull back. And if i try to stretch/pull it back harder, the skin starts to crack a little. I have tried oiling, moisturing the foreskin but it was of no help. There are no other symptoms like itching, swelling, redness, thickened skin etc.
