Not sure if I have selected the correct category of doctor.
I have a issue on my private part.
There is dryness, little puffiness and itching on the head of my penis.
And if I pull back the foreskin, it is dry and a little painful.
Its been there since a week. When cleaning with water, its fine for some time but then itches a little after some time.
