I am facing while breathing. When I do alom vilom I am able to do breathing from right nostril but face blockage in my left nostril. Facing this issue post shifting to Gurgaon since last 1 years. No smoker Non drinker

You probably have allergic rhinitis. Prescribing medicines here would not be appropriate. But you can do steam inhalation twice a day for 5 days and come back to report if you are better.
