Hii ..i m frm mumbai, married since 4 Yrs...age 30 suffering from right inguinal hernia...however my main issue is that i m getting erection very rarely and loose very quickly once i get it...also having pre mature ejaculation..never did sex before my marreige..no smoking..no alcohol..no masterburate habit... plz help as i m planning to become father... Did semen analysis . Report attached..

Ur count is normal but motility is low progressive motility should be munimum 60% also ur facing from PE also need ti evalvuate ur wifes her blood test follicular study tubal patency etc after that we can go with treatment part
