Isotroin and acne marks
Hi,
I had mild acne and my doctor prescribed isotroin 20mg. I had a lot of breakouts while on that medicine and now all the pimples have left black marks. Can isotroin fade away the black marks as well?

Depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Isotroin will not do anything for scars and black spots. You will need some procedural intervention along with other special medicines.
Word of CAUTION: Avoid pregnancy while on isotroin. Use contraceptives

Hello, Isotroin medicine needs to be taken as a proper course under supervision of a dermatologist or chances of relapse are high. It does helps a little for pigmentation but can not use it just for marks. There are many treatments available for acne marks and scars.
