Isotretinoin with epiduo gel

Hi, I'm having mild acne with acne scars and hyperpigmentation. My doctor suggested me isotretinoin capsules-10mg twice a week and epiduo gel every night. Also azithromycin thrice a week. As I have mild acne should I consider again for using isotretinoin and what are it's side effects. Or epiduo gel alone is fine?

No.. treatment depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
