Isotretinoin 20mg cause B12 deficiency?
Does isotretinoin 20mg cause B12 vitamin deficiency. Because I feel some leg numbness did that cause B12 difficency?

Numbness has a huge list of reasons other than b12 deficiency
Need to evaluate better to find cause
Isotretinoin has rarely been implicated in peripheral neuropathy
But it is very rare
Other commoner causes need to be evaluated
You can temporarily stop Isotretinoin UNDER GUIDANCE OF A DERMATOLOGIST and see if numbness improves
