Isoretinoin failure

I have been suffering from acne since the age of 12 and now I am 28 years ( almost 16 years) in 2020 I took isotretinoin 20mg for 4 months , my weight is 47kg and height is 5'1 but I started getting pimples again in 2021 . Please suggest what to do , i have comedonal acne that causes ice pick scars . O

No.. treatment depends on the grade....Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
