My due date is 10th Jan 2033. 😑Can I dance a little steps for my brother's wedding? Is it safe? I have not included any jumping steps in the dance.

It is safe if you are a Choreographer and have been teaching dance forms to Bollywood heroes and heroines. If you are an average person it is better to avoid.

there are other pregnancy exercises that are available for you to watch in you tube .these help you for normal relaxation and easy delivery.rather than going for zumba
