Suffering from spondylytis. Doctor adviced ust. Is ust helpful for spondylytis. Do you suggest appropriate method .

Spondylitis is infection in spine. Generally, This is degenerative or wearing-out process. It is called Spondylosis. As it is aging process, it itself can't give pain. But, lack of proper care of worn-out spine can result in pain in neck or back and/or radiation to limbs. It is a condition, which remains with us forever,like Diabetes or Hypertension, rather, can increase according to age.
Next Steps
Any treatment modality like heating, traction, pain killers, muscle relaxants, gabapentine etc can give temporary pain relief.

But lack of proper spine care, spine exercises, de-conditioning of muscles, overloading can cause recurrence. If proper attention is not paid, and if pain becomes severe, surgery may be required, to avoid paralysis or disability
