Recently my home test confirmed that I am pregnant. When I went to doctor, they did Trans Vaginal Scanning to me. Is this TVS is safe? Does it causes any harm to fetus? Which one is better compared to abdominal scanning & TVS?

Transvaginal scanning s totally safe in pregnancy..in early pregnancy usually visualization is better with a transvaginal scan as compared to a trabsabdominal scan.so dont worry
