Is this vitiligo ??? I saw this on my cheek i have circled it please do check and say what is this???

Key features of a vitiligo patch:
Color: Milky white or chalk-white.
Borders: Usually well-defined; may be smooth or irregular.
Shape: Often round, oval, or map-like.
Surface: Normal texture (not raised or scaly).
Sensation: No pain or itching in most cases.
Hair: May also turn white in the affected area (leukotrichia).
Common sites: Face, hands, feet, elbows, knees, and around body openings (like mouth and eyes).
Does your patch ticks the above discription?
If not , it might be most probably post inflammatory hypo pigmentation, as the area you circled is most frequently exposed to injury by blades while shaving.
