Key features of a vitiligo patch: Color: Milky white or chalk-white. Borders: Usually well-defined; may be smooth or irregular. Shape: Often round, oval, or map-like. Surface: Normal texture (not raised or scaly). Sensation: No pain or itching in most cases. Hair: May also turn white in the affected area (leukotrichia). Common sites: Face, hands, feet, elbows, knees, and around body openings (like mouth and eyes). Does your patch ticks the above discription? If not , it might be most probably post inflammatory hypo pigmentation, as the area you circled is most frequently exposed to injury by blades while shaving.
Next Steps
If the patch matches the discription of vitiligo,/ increases in size ,/ itching is present/ patch is painful...consult a dermatologist.
