Is this toenail fungus? [edited]

A few days ago the side of my toe started hurting & it sort of felt like an ingrown toenail to me so I looked at it, but found nothing suspicious. It only hurt that day. I just looked back at it again like half an hour ago and realized the side of my toe had changed color slightly. Could this be toenail fungus? Pic.: http://tinypic.com/r/2l8dhdt/9
