Is this serious problems??

I have regular Bowels and the shape also fine no bloods in stools no vomitings but sometimes I get some white stuff in stool or if not stool I get some white thing like saliva mucus is it serious issue ? No diarrhoea No family history of Colon or Rectal Cancer from Paternal n Maternal side, i have only history of Acute Gastric Acidity and I take irregular time foods like no breakfast direct lunch at 3-4pm Minimum water consumption is this serious issue like Any cancer or I have Mild Constipation? I have family history of Piles n fissure

Needs more history for evaluation.. But if ur consuming less water... Take it adequately .. But if u r passing out ur bowel regularly and bowel looks normal how can it b constipation.. Kindly consult for further evaluation
