So I've used a thermometer rectally, and it's 37.7C, orally it was 36.5C, I understand that the most accurate one is the rectal measurement, so is 37.7C considered a fever or normal?

It's normal. But don't use same thermometer for both oral and rectal body temperature. Maintain proper hygiene ok. Keep your self hydrated.
