Welcome and Good morning Your concern is 1. Check it in Image 2. Is it a fissure or normal . This is fissure . It is an ulcer on the lateral side of anal verge. . This is not the normal site of fissure 3. It feels like pinching while going to     washroom 4. Normal after washing
