Hello i am using anobliss cream from past one week is this the side effect of cream or a fissure . And is it chronic or acute as its not bleeding yet. Kindly suggest some home remedies

It appears to be a fissure. It is not a side effect of cream. Some fissures don't bleed. Consult with General Surgeon for thorough examination.
