According to your picture attached here Deviation of nasal septum we can't identify but your nose mucosa was very much congested.
So nasal septum deviation alone is not a culprit, maybe i think u also have a sort of allergic mucosa.
I do require a detailed history of any running nose / sneezing/ post nasal drip/ throat clearing/ throat ache/ recurrent throat infection etc.
Another thing is to get your nasal endoscopy done in a nearby ENT clinic that will give you more ideas regarding your problem & also a solution for it.
Health Tips
Start taking steam inhalation 3-4 times a day.
Use a mask while going out of the house to avoid dust.
