Is this Cancer? Worried!!

PATIENT - 62 years, female. Height - 5 ft 2 inch. CONDITION-hyperthyroidism, hypertension, CKD, Ovary Cyst, prediabetic. SYMPTOM - weight loss by 10 kg in one year (from 58kg to 48 kg) else no symptoms at a physical level. BIOCHEMISTRY- alpha feto protein, ca 19-9, ca 125, mSpike, electrophoresis, ANA test all in normal range, CBC normal except slightly lowered haemoglobin (11.6). Cervical pap smear - normal Mammography - normal Carcino embryonic antigen- normal Creatinine - 1.58 Serum Beta HCG-4.38 (range 0-3). Serum HE4-143 pmol/L TVS PELVIS FINDINGS - (report attached please have a look) 1) small hypoechoic nodular lesion (0.45 x 0.61 cm) in posterior fundus 2) Thin endometrial fluid collection (3.9 mm thickness) 3) Benign left ovary (cyst size 2.99 x 4.45 x 5.35 cm) 4) Small simple right ovarian cyst (cyst size 0.66 x 0.84 cm). I beg before you, some of you, please throw some light on the scenario. The statistics are of my mother. Please help..

Hi     HE4 can be also elevated in other conditions like renal failure,  lung cancer, endometrial.cancer and some.tines breast cancer. It can be elevated in smokers also.Please see a medical or.surgical oncologist to get evaluated
