Today I accidentally hit my teeth hard, with my hand. But no sharp pain afterwards. Do you think it this accidental hand trauma will cause tooth resorption?

Hii.. You should Do the dental checkup & get the X ray done. If any abnormality will be there , it will appear in X ray. If nothing is seen in X ray, you should take regular follow up visit if any discoloration appear on that teeth.
