Is there any suspect of TB

He is having persistent ranging from 99.2-99.6 for more than 45 days all test done blood culture urine culture etc all negative..all basic antibiotic taken ..then doc suggested chest ct...on seeing ct he is having doubt of tb n told for tb test but as patient having no cough n cold sputum test cant b done...pls refer to to  ct slide n kindly suggest is there any suspect of tb? Plus which confirmatory test apart from sputum test can be done??
