Is there a treatment for hyperthyroidism in ayurveda

I do not want to take allopathy medicines for hyperthyroidism. I am 40 year old lady suffering from it since 3 years. Is there any treatment or cure in Ayurveda. Whether I will be cured with it? What are the restrictions to be followed? Can Ayurveda be helpful for all age groups?

I don't have any idea of Ayurveda.Get done thyroid profile.Do exercise and work out.Donot use cabbage and cauliflower.First start the allopathic medicine and see the results . Definitely improvement will be there.
