My sperm count has decreased considerably, also my prolactin level is 30 and estradiol is 90,pls suggest some good treatment pls.

Hello .. Thanking you for sharing your query.. First of all , if you don't have any pain or uneasiness usually bilateral grade 1 , no need surgery.. But for sperm count,  we can try medication..it will effective in many cases.. Need to consult psychiatrist for detailed assessment and discussion.. Thanking you ..
