HIV serum drop(size of a sugar grain )splashed into my eye, washed within 10 minutes. Can it result into transmission?

Chances of transmission eventhough minimal is present. I would advise you to undergo HIV tests to confirm the transmission. You may not be able to detect the HIV virus when it is in the window period. The window period can be from 10 days to 3 months depending on the person's body and the HIV test that is being used.
