I'm 20 weeks pregnant. Taking - Ecosprin 150 mg for better blood flow Folvite DHA (Folic Acid & DHA) Solfe Extra (Iron) Supracal (Calcium) Uprise D3 2K (Vit D) As Supracal contains 1000 mg Calcium Citrate which has a conversion ratio of 21% to elemental calcium (I read on google) Is Supracal good enough as a calcium supplement during my pregnancy? Or should I get my supplement changed? Please advise.
