There is no malignancy ...but this granulation tissue can change to Cyst so dont take it lightly ...send me pics of your tooth and xrays of that tooth i will plan treatment plan for you

This suggests a mere inflammatory process which happens in reaction to infection or foreign body in out body. There is no need to worry based on this report, there isn't any malignancy.
