My right testicles has some nerves and very small slope when I touch both testicles size are same i feel some pain when I sit for long and sleep like nerve pain and one nerve is visible when nerve comes the testis turns left and nerve will visible cbc and cuc is normal not done usg I used to masturbate a lot from 5 years No fluid buildup Same size Is it a cancer or variocele? I m very much tensed pls help
