In my left Eye came a Small yello patch and this eye comes red Frequently. What to do. And due to what cause this comes?

It is pterigium. Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day. If it encroaches on to cornea ,and causes vision defect, then,surgery has to be done. It will grow  ery slowly, and takes years.
