Is Hypertension curable permanently?

I am 30 year old men i am suffering from hypertension i am taking medicine for High blood pressure my weight is 68 and hight is 165 , also i am suffering from from kidney stone , i wanted to know that i have take medicine for lifetime or hypertension can be curable  ? Now my BP is 123 /80 i am checking every alternative days

Hello, Hypertension in 90% cases is primary that is essential hypertension that runs in families without any cause. You can keep it in control without medicines initially with lifestyle modifications like low salt diet and weight control and exercise. But, eventually if there is no modifiable factor left, you have to take medicines lifelong.
